Lenga Partners (LP) is a Chilean-based real estate investment firm focused on opportunities within the US. We combine expertise with excellence in service and execution in order to generate the best outcome for our investors and partners.
LP was formed by partners sharing the view that cross border investments should be managed by the most professional and strict standards while at the same time with the least friction possible.
We are driven by creating value to our investors by managing every step of the investment process, in order to become a one-stop-shop for their requirements.

People
Rodrigo Espinoza - Principal
Rodrigo is co-founder and Principal at Lenga Partners. Prior to Lenga, he served as Director of Investments at Greystar Chile supporting the local growth and driving the investment strategy. At Greystar, Rodrigo also led the first cross border intercompany transaction for a US JV development among Chilean investors, supervising multiple teams in the structuring. Today, Rodrigo continues to work with Greystar as an external consultant. Rodrigo has been in the finance sector since 2009 and involved in real estate since 2013 when he was part of the team at Asset Chile who launched the first multifamily fund in Chile. He has also experience in real estate divestments, asset management, fund raising and corporate finance. Rodrigo is a Civil and Industrial Engineer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management – Northwestern University.
Ignacio Ugarte - Principal
Ignacio is co-founder and Principal at Lenga Partners and currently also serves as the CIO of Inversiones Adriana leading the company`s investment strategy across multiple asset classes. Ignacio has more than 15 years of experience in financial markets and has worked in several institutions across the Latin-American region including: Explorador Capital in Buenos Aires and New York, Núcleo Capital in Sao Paulo, Brazil; Bancard Investments in Chile as a portfolio manager and IM Trust (now Credicorp Capital) in Chile in the investment banking division. Ignacio holds a B.S. and M.S. degrees in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica in Santiago Chile and also serves in the board of BYP Manufacturas Eléctricas.
